We have been employee-owned since 1996. Our people are at the heart of decision making. Employee ownership guides every aspect of our culture and is key to our success.
The Employee Ownership model was new to me when I joined Turley, and I instantly saw the benefits it brought to co-owners and the culture it supported. When a Trustee Director role became available, I jumped at the chance to be able to advocate the benefits of EO and represent Turley co-owners. Since becoming Trustee Director I have learned even more about the benefits of the EO model, including resilience, wellbeing support, and fair governance.
How does employee ownership work at Turley?
Turley Trustees Limited (our corporate trustee) is the legal owner of the shares in Turley Associates Limited on behalf of co-owners. The Trust company is a separately constituted body and governed independently from the company’s own Directors.
We invite all co-owners to engage and have a voice within the business. Co-owners help to shape our strategy. All co-owners have an opportunity to contribute to the leadership of our business.
