We operate a blended flexible working model, allowing co-owners choice, freedom, and flexibility as to where, when and how they work, balancing personal, team and client requirements. We are happy to talk about flexible working options in more detail during the recruitment process.
Reward
We offer excellent remuneration and a flexible benefits package including life assurance and income protection, pension, flexible working allowance, health and wellbeing allowance, ownership dividend and performance-related bonus. A range of optional flexible benefits is also available for co-owners to choose from.
Co-owners enjoy 25 to 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays – which can be taken flexibly to suit you), and the option to top up leave to a maximum of 40 days.
