Our approach to equity, diversity and inclusion

At the heart of our company strategy is maintaining our people focus to nurture talent, and build an even more diverse and inclusive employee owned company.

We believe that people perform better when they can be themselves.

From our Leadership team to our EDI group, Embrace, we take a whole company approach to progress our EDI priorities: 

  • Cultivate an even more inclusive and equitable culture to broaden diversity within our company
  • Promote gender equity, close our gender pay gap, and broaden diversity in leadership and decision-making
  • Implement Gender Mainstreaming 
  • Drive inclusive business processes and recruitment practices 

Our networks and memberships

‘Pride at Turley’, our LGBTQ+ community network, was established by and for co-owners and allies.

We are proud members of Real Estate Balance, Stonewall and PREACH Inclusion which provide helpful soundings and guidance as well as valuable opportunities to learn and grow in our communities.

We are supporters of the British Property Federation and Women in Planning and are working with Regeneration Brainery and the 10,000 Interns Foundation to help diversify our industry.
